Maria Stamolis is an established Dallas financial executive with experience across various product types and real estate markets nationwide. As head of investment management and chief investment officer with Lincoln Property Company since early 2023, Maria Stamolis has engineered key commercial, industrial, and residential space acquisitions and bolstered her firm’s property management capacities.
Gaining early career experience with CHP Development in New York City, Maria Stamolis oversaw the proposed development of a $100 million conference center, the majority of which was subject to federal landmark preservation mandates.
